Did not receive 0,99 per month subscription offer

Hello,

I received a 30-euro Spotify Gift card for Christmas and wanted to use it for the offer you have currently of getting 3 months of Spotify premium for 0.99 euros. This should still leave me with enough credit for 2 regular months, giving me a total of 5 months of premium subscription. However, when I used my gift card to buy a premium subscription, I only received three months of credit on my account. I should have received 5 months, with 7 euros of credit left over. I don't remember using any other Spotify offer before, so I think I should be eligible for the offer. Please correct this so I can benefit from the offer.

Gift cards are ineligible for discounts like the 0.99 discount.

This is the reason why you've got only three months premium from the card. ^^

I had the same issue with an 60 € card. The card says (in German), that if you already are a member of spotify, the value will be added to your account. In addition, the wizard for the 3 Month/99c allows you to enter such a code, which implies, that you can buy this offer with the cash deposited on such cards. I would never have started the 6 month from the card before using the offer if I knew that this is the result. But I can't undo it. So Spotify staff, could you please describe a way out of this?

If gift vouchers are not eligible for the $0.99 offer then they should not come up as a payment option. I want my voucher redeemed.

I agree with petenatoli and otterspot. I would not have used my gift card in the first place if I had known that I am not eligible for the 0.99 offer. I would like to have my credit redeemed. The gift card should not come up as a payment option in the first place when clicking on the offer! I feel a bit scammed as the offer was misleading. Spotify staff, please help us find a solution for this...

My GF recently downloaded the 30 trial after I convinced her to try it out. She then wanted the premium upgrade $0.99 (can) three month offer Spotify had advertised. I used my Virtual Visa (the same one I used with my subscription) but they still charged my visa the regular price? It did mention that I had previously enjoyed their services and I was then brought back to the payment page to which I unknowingly re-entered my info subscribing to $9.99 monthly subscription. Why am I not allowed to use my visa to pay for another subscription for another user?
