Meine Freundin kann sich nicht mit ihren Handy verbinden, dann kommt oben genannter Fehler... Sie kann Ihre Adresse aber nirgendwo eingeben dementsprechend auch nicht ändern, wir sind im selben WLAN/LAN verbunden und keiner benutzt eine VPN.

Also, it might be worth giving it a try using a different browser and/or device.
