I can’t add my partner due to address issues although the other person is entering the exact same address with exact same spellings but it can’t be confirmed

The error says “

Your addresses didn't match

Ask the person who invited you to double-check the address they entered. You'll need to use that exact address to join Duo.”

although the address is exact same n also tried copy pasting but same thing happening again n again.

Thanks for sharing the error message 🙂

 

The first thing I recommend checking is the country setting of both accounts, since they must match. Each user can check it's own country setting here.

 

If they match and the issue persists, I recommend asking them to try accepting the invite using a different device and/or using a different browser. 

 

In case the issue persists even when using a different device, please update the address for your plan here and then have them try again.
