Hi Everyone,
I have been using Spotify for a very long time and just switched my account over from a US account to the Canada account.
Wanted to get my kids off my personal account and had read back in November 2014 that the family plan was coming.
When I click https://www.spotify.com/ca-en/family/ it tells me
I am confused as I see that people have been able to add this and get family members on their accounts. Is it just not available in Canada?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The family plan is now available in most countries that Spotify is available in.
Unfortunately, the family plan is not yet available in Canada. It will be in the future, but Spotify hasn't given any ETA on when it might happen.
Its stuff like this that annoys me..... the Company announces it in Oct 2014 and rolls it out but only to certain places.
I hope they look at offering this to Canadians soon... Or I will be moving my subscription back to the US and going that route.

Hi, an other customer lost in the wrong country, named Canada !!
Is there a commit date for the avaibility of Spotify family in Canada. I'm tired to wait and wait.
Till then, is there a way to manage concurrent used of more than one divice on the same account.
I don't want to pay two Premium+ fees (me and my wife). If there is no solution, I'll see other provider.
One more thing, is there a way to send a message to customer service ? Don't yet find it. It's hide!!
Well, today is the Apple Music launch day and Spotify is still ripping off Canadians, though they promised many months ago to allow us to get a family account, like the rest of the world. Say goodbye to my family's accounts, Spotify.
The "coming soon" link no longer exists. I guess it's not coming at all.

Agreed. Canadians are used to paying 20-40% more than other countries for things, but this is a bit much. Why the disrespect for Canada?
