Family Premium - Not asked about address

Family Premium - Not asked about address

I subscribed to Family Premium yesterday through mobile and it did not ask me for a home address.

 

Simply asked me to pay. Now I can't tell my family what specific address they should add, because it might block their accounts from the subscription.

 

Can someone help me?

Thanks for reaching out. 

 

We'd recommend they add the home address of the house they live. Each family member should reside at the same physical address as you for the subscription to be eligible. 

 

We hope this clears things up!


Hi, you can also just pay via credit card, pay pal, app store gift card or Spotify gift card. In that case there would be no need for spotify to know your address.
