Recently discovered that our family subscription was reduced to freemium because change of credit card that we failed to update on our account. Fair enough ...

But the problem is that we received no email notice of the change, and when accessing the account the only option seemed to be to subscribe anew. After this, no family members on account and no devices for offline listening. Everything had to be specified again, with e-mail invitations etc.

I may have overlooked something, but what I expected was that I would be able to take off from scratch after entering current cradit card data... not so, apparently...?

We have exact same problem, how did you got the family premium back to family members?

And I did send out new invitations to family members but they cant accept the new invite because they are already members in other "family". What to do next?
