Forgotten Password and cant change it

Hi,

I've been trying to change my email address on this account as it is an old one which has been deactivated. However I'm unable to do so because I cant remember my password to change it, so I'm stuck at the moment.

I have sent a query to the support team, although I never got a reply. Would anyone be able to help me out?

I#m having the same problem

My old email address has been deactivated so I want to update my email with Spotify.  Unfortunately, I can't remember my password so I'm unable to do anything.  I tried sending a message to Support Team, but it seems they will be replying to my old, deactivated email address 😕  Please help
