Account that no longer exists still drawing from my bank

Account that no longer exists still drawing from my bank

Sometime around March or april, my original spotify account logged out when I cleared my cell phone data. When I tried retrieve my account info (couldn't remember password/username combo, facebook account no longer linked up for some reason), I got the, "this email isn't tied to a spotify account" message. I even tried my backup emails, nothing.

I thought nothing of it and just opened a new account. It's been a hectic few months so I only just recently noticed that spotify has been double-charging me since then. I don't necessarily expect a refund since it's my fault for not posting this sooner, but I'd like to keep using spotify, so if someone could help me fix this I'd greatly appreciate it. I can furnish bank records showing the double charges if need be. Thank you.

Hey Chaohinon,

It looks like your original Spotify account may have been accessed by another 'user'.  I have put a temporary block onto it and this will prevent any futher charges until we sort this out for you.

Could you please contact the support team via this link and tell them the problem?  They will need your original username to help you unlock it.
