Getting ripped off by spotify, family package

I used to live in Germany, therefore created my account in Germany and paid from a german bank account. Now I upgraded to spotify premium after I moved to switzerland. I proceeded to upgrade to a family package for my Girlfriend and my dad, both registered in switzerland.

I changed my payment method ( since this seemed to be the only way to change my country to switzerland) to a swiss credit card/paypal account. My monthly fee rose from 19.99 to 25.90 or whatever...unfortunately im still registered in germany and cant use the family package. I am very dissapointed that a company the size of spotify has to rip of its costumers in a fashion like that, since I am now paying 6 Euros more fort the exact same service, but am still not able to add my family to my package...thank you for your help.
