Gitf card problem

Hello,

I bought a gift card for my friend. The problem is that I bought it in Poland and he's living in UK and he can't use it. Can we do something with that? Because gift card is for 12 months.

Gift cards can only be used in the country they were bought in, I'm afraid. The UK premium subscription is twice as expensive as in Poland so it makes sense.

In such case the solution is to return the gift card, am I right?

Yes, anyone can use it in Poland. If it was an e-card, you could try contacting spotify here to see if they would be able to refund the cost.
