Got Premium for Family, Apps did switch, Website didn't

Got Premium for Family, Apps did switch, Website didn't

Fridaynight I switched from a free account to Premium for Family. By IDeal I paid the one Cent and after logging out and in, the apps on my computer and phone switched to premium. The website (Logging in by Google Chrome) didn't, so I can't add family members. How can this be solved?

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

Let's try to figure this out. Can you follow these steps for us?

 

  • Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium.
  • If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app.
  • If it says Free, check the receipt we send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

Let us know how it goes.

The subscription page says I use a free account.
I can't find a receipt in my email. I also checked my Spam inbox.
The 1 cent I payed by Ideal is paid back yesterday.

In the apps on my phone (Android) and laptop (Windows) I have all the
premium functions, while the subscription page says I can try premium 30
days for free (so looks like I didn't active that).

Can you check if everything went right and why I didn't get a receipt?

I would like to add my brother to my premium account as soon as possible.
