I have changed my password but I still get interrupted during use by an unauthorized computer using my premium Spotify. They've also deleted my playlists and created their own.

Sorry to hear this.  Please send the support team a message and let them know your username.  They will help you recover your account.

How do I reach support team? The link doesn't work. I just tried changing my email and password on my account and now I'm completely locked out of Spotify.

Now I received an email saying I've cancelled my premium account! I did not do this. I want to keep my account!! Please help

Please try this link and mention your username.  Please state that it has been hijacked.

 

The notification about your Premium was due to me locking out the other user - we just need to get you back in now.
