How can I unlink my card from my old account?

Hello, I have an old account that I I don’t use and I keep getting charged 14.99. Is thier a way you guys can unlink the card by me giving you the card info? I don’t even know what email I used and I’m pretty sure I deleted that email. I’m going through trouble times so I definitely need that 14.99 back. Thanks!
