How can i get my backup Spotify account

I just got my Spotify premium account a few months ago with a family plan. When I finished setting up my account, they email me a backup Spotify account.

But somehow, I lost the email and I can't find that backup Spotify account.

How can i find it then?

Thanks for reaching out.

There's no feature that I'm aware of that provides a backup account to users. When you subscribe to a plan or accept someone's Duo/Family invite, you'll still only have the account you signed up for.
