I can not buy Spotify Premium.

I can't use my MasterCard to buy premium because it's showing an error every time I try to buy premium.

The error is telling me that my payment service have a bad day and cant proceed. 

In swedish it says:

"Hoppsan! Det verkar som att din betaltjänst har en dålig dag. Oroa dig inte, inga pengar har dragits. Försök igen med ett annat betalningssätt." 

I need help, the mail support doesn't answer me so I had to write here.

Exactly same problem, with mastercard credit card and all, only two differences: 1) Mexico instead of Sweden. 2) It's a monthly Payment (I've been paying for more than a year without a problem until now).

Spotify definitely needs to improve it's customer service, I haven't been able to contact any support either, so if anyone knows what is happening help will be apreciated.

I too have a very similar problem......I'm in the UK, my payment method is registered in the UK and I also have enough funds, my subscription has been working perfectly for the last four or five months. Now however, my subscription payment has suddenly failed and when I try and re-enter my payment details, they are no longer accepted ? Nothing has changed, neither my card, bank or Spotify subscription, why all of a sudden has this stopped working ? I cant believe a company like Spotify dont want my money !
