I can't log in via a computer only on the app even though i use the same login details

My daughter set up account but can't remember the email address she used. She can log in on her phone with her user id but not on the computer as her user id has a space in it which is not allowed on the computer log in.

There are no account subscription management on the app, you seem to have to do this via the computer.

Any help only seems available after logging in!

I don't have (or want) a twitter account.

I've wasted a whole evening on this ....
