I can't make a payment. Help, please!

I make payments on a regular basis on the internet, but spotify is the only place where the payment is not getting accepted. I keep getting the following message when trying to make a payment:

• Si è verificato un problema con la tua carta di credito o con il gestore dei pagamenti. Non è stato effettuato alcun addebito. Riprova utilizzando un altro metodo di pagamento.

In fact, I've been a regular premium user for a year, and this month, it just stopped renewing the subscription. When I kept getting that message, I cancelled my subscription, and when I tried to start the subscription again, I kept getting the same message.

And to answer the obvious: my card has enough funds, it's not expired, it is enabled for online transactions, etc.

We'd recommend trying again with a laptop, using a different web browser with an incognito window, and deleting cache/cookies. Also, make sure the card you're trying to use meets these requirements.
