I have not an illegal app but I received e-mails

I received days ago an e-mail from Spotify saying that I was using an unauthorized version of the app. I deleted it and now I have the official version but yesterday I received another e-mail saying the same thing. I don't know what to do, I'm afraid that they will delete my account if they see that I am using several times an app that is not legal.

Please help!

Welcome to the spotify community. If you've used a modified version of spotify or hacked your account to get premium, there is a possibility your account may be terminated. If you have stopped and you are no longer doing that, your account should be fine. If there are any issues, or your account does get terminated, do let me know.
