I lost my account and still have a premium suscription

Hi, I had a spotify account with premium plan, but my account was linked with my phone number, and my cell phone was stolen and I cannot recover my phone number and I don't know my user, I still have my account login in my xbox, the problem is maybe I cannot recover my account, but I want to cancel my subscription, and I don't know how to do that, I tried to block payments from spotify for my credit bank app, but they required a evidence that I contacted with company support, and I also don't know how to contact directly with spotify support.

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community. 

 

If you have the app open on one of your devices, you can try accessing your Account page, where you can add an email address to your account. If you can do that, you'll be able to reset your password here and then access your account using your email and password. Afterwards, you can cancel your subscription by following these steps. 

 

However, if you're unable to add an email address, we suggest that reach out to our Support team through any of these channels so they can take a closer look and further assist you with this.
