Hey @Lowexpectations, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Could you try resetting your password here using a different browser or private window? 

 

If that doesn't help, send me a screenshot of what you're seeing so I can take a look. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.

 

Additionally, if you were able to reset your password - you're able to cancel your subscription following these steps.

It didn’t work, I need someone from spotify to call me this situation is to complicated

I’ve emailed them 4 times no one has responded

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Did you make sure you double-checked your email that is linked to your Spotify account? If it isn't please try several of the steps below

Step 1: Use another device
Step 2: Try another browser like Firefox, Brave, Chrome, etc.
Step 3: Try using those browsers but also in incognito mode
Step 4: Contact Customer Service (Note: They reply within 24-48 hours)
Step 5: For more contact information about Spotify

It redirects to the About Page > Option 3 - Offers the Contact Form and Option 4 - Points folks to @SpotifyCares on Twitter who are happy to help
