I want to change my subscription but it seems like I don't have any (but I do) please help

 

Since 2018 I pay monthly for my headspace-Spotify subscription. But if I log in to my account, it shows no subscription (only the 'free' account). Now I want to change my subscription into a family subscription without headspace. How can I make this possible? And WHY is there no number or email address I can contact !! 

 

Please help, thank you.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

 

If the credentials associated with your Premium account lead to a free one and there's no way for you to access the right one, it'd be great for you to reach out to our Support team on Twitter or using our contact form here.

 

As a heads-up, if you're being charged for Premium despite not being able to access the account, make sure you have a copy of your bank or online statement which includes the Spotify charges so you can share it with the team. It'll be very helpful 🙂
