If I buy premium, will my username show up in the credit card charge?

So, I'm on a shared card, and I was wondering what exactly happens after I buy premium? Do I get an email? Does it go to the inbox that my account is signed to or one associated with the card? And when looking at charges on my card, what will be there? Does it specify the username?

I'm asking because I don't enjoy people looking around on things like my Spotify account, I generally have a lot of guilty pleasures...

Upon registration you'll get a confirmation email to whichever email you tied to your Spotify account. As far as the card charges go, for me they look like "RECURRING PAYMENT AUTHORIZED ON 05/28 Spotify USA [personal credit details not going on the internet]," so you can expect something similar.
