My Question or Issue

Hey Everyone :),

I'm using Spoftify since 2013 and got a Premium Account since 2015.

I use Spoftify on a daily basis and created about 70-90 Playlist on my old Account.

Unfortunately, about 10 days ago, in a moment of stupid (but still justified) actionism, I temporarily deleted my Facebook account.

And I sign up on Spoftiy through my Facebook Account...

The Moment that i realized, that i can't log in into my old Account was a very heavy Loss for me...

This is Problem #1:

How to reconnect your Spoftify Account with your temporary deleted Facebook Account?

-

The morning after the incident I realized that I can still access my old account with my smartphone.

But here comes Problem #2:

The E-Mail i used for the old Account doesn't exist anymore.

I deleted it about a year ago because the Provider was highly unsafe.

Also I can't remember the password 😅.

Now the only Verficiation that I own the old Account is my monthly Premium Subscribtion.

Is it possible to change the E-mail and Password of my old Account?

The only Approach that I currently have is to copy every Playlist by hand into this Account.

But I'm aware this could be a sisyphus task.

Got anyone an Idea to simply copy-paste a Playlist instead of following a "dead" Account Playlist? (Problem #3)

Kind regards

Joe

Hey @Airbender_Joe ,

Welcome to the Community 🙂

I'd recommend reaching out to Spotify's Support Team about this matter: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/. They'll be happy to look into this for you.

Hope this helps!
