My Question or Issue

I wanted to listen to a podcast on my Spotify account, but when I tried to access it, Spotify logged me out. When I attempted to log back in, it said that my account doesn't exist and that the email/username is unrecognized. It's almost as if the account has been deleted. I am sending this message using my friend's account. I checked my email, and it also refunded me back my monthly payment for this month. That never happened.

If you were refunded your payment for Spotify Premium, can you check your email to see if you have received any other emails regarding your account status? You may also follow these steps to see if it helps.

It is weird. Yes, my subscription was canceled and refunded this month. I did not cancel anything. I did not receive any other email about my account status. I even tried to create another account using the same Gmail, and it says that an existing account uses that Gmail. When I try to log in to that account, it says there is no existing Spotify account linked to the Gmail. This is crazy.
