Living Abroad - Can't Get Premium

My first problem was that I tried signing up for Premium, but it won't let you pay with a card that is not from the same country.  I currently live in Mexico but only have a credit card from the U.S.

Then it said you could change your country in your profle to match the card, and since Premium allows you to play music abroad indefinitely, this would work too.

However, when I went into my profile, I could not change my country settings (picture attached).  Why?  What can I do? I only have a Mexican mobile number for my phone, not U.S., which is what I suspect was the problem, but it would be better if someone could confirm that.  I would really like to get Premium but the payment and country restrictions are making this a pain.

I would create a PayPal account with the U.S. credit card and use the PayPal account as a payment method. Or I guess you should try to activate it from your phone. It is easier. If I you really think it is your phone number, then try downloading an app such as Textfree or MilliTalk. Those apps give you a free U.S. number. I hope I solved your problem, and try with PayPal... I'm pretty sure that will make it.
