Logged out of my Account (not username/password related)

Logged out of my Account (not username/password related)

Hi I'm encountering some issues with my Spotify App (I'm on Android Nexus 6). Following advice from this site I logged out of my account as Spotify did not recognise I was online to fix the bug. Now I am permanantly logged out, just says 'logging in' for half an hour before saying "We're experiencing some difficulties" message. My other device logs in and out just fine. I've tried to contact Spotify using all kinds of mediums, but I haven't received any help. Any ideas?

Can you try deleting the app then reinstalling the app, hopefully that should fix the issue. If it doesn't, let me know and we can proceed to further troubleshooting steps! 🙂

Thanks for the reply, I've already tried that a couple of times and hasn't helped. Any other ideas?

Does logging in via wifi or mobile internet make a difference?
