My Question or Issue

 

So, my dad has been a premium user for years and had trouble with his email a year ago or more. Anyways, he forgot to change his email on his Spotify account to his new email address and now can't log in to his Spotify account because he can't access his old account and he is still paying the monthly charge. How can he update his account to the new email or have his charges stopped?

In this case, I'd recommend checking out this support article > I no longer have access to the email address on my account section. From there, you'll get an option to get in touch with Customer Support who can take a look.
