Login to Spotify is no longer working

My Question or Issue

Not able to login to my daughters account. It was possible last year.

1. When I try to reset the password, reply is that the Email IS NOT used by any account.

2. When I try to register account, reply is that the Email IS used by an existing account. (sorry for the attachment in Finnish language)

3. Sometimes Spotify says that an Email has been sent to the address but nothing arrives to the Email inbox. Email is working when I test it.

What could be the problem or the solution?
