Lost playlists but no Spotify account?

Lost playlists but no Spotify account?

I lost my playlists and such. When I searched around here I found a lot of solutions but they all involve a Spotify username. I have always used my Facebook to log in. I did by accident link my Facebook to a second account. I disconnected it immediately though. Now when I log on with my Facebook I see nothing connected to either one of the accounts. Is there something that can be done?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Since the latest update the "Start Playlist Radio" option in right-click menus has been broken. It just goes to the radio and carries on playing the current station. 

 

The only way to start a new station is to find it in tthe list of previous stations and start it from there. 

 

Windows 7, desktop version.

Strange, I'm not near my desktop to test at the minute, but have you tried a quick reinstallation to see if that helps at all?

I've just reinstalled but the problem isn't fixed. 

 

"Start Playlist radio" doesn't work from the context menus even if you're already playing that playlist. It doesn't work from the "..." next to the artist name in the top panel either. 

 

It always used to work.....

 

 

 

Interesting, I can reproduce this. Reporting this now! 😉
