My Parent's Spotify Plays and Likes are appearing on my account

My Question or Issue

A week or so ago I was on the plane and noticed there were random songs in my liked and played and upon seeing them, my mum mentioned that they were hers. This wasn't a big deal as I just deleted the liked songs and moved on. Note that our accounts are in no way linked or related. She uses the free version of Spotify whilst I'm on a single premium.

Just now, maybe half an hour ago, music starts playing through my Google home waking me up. First thing was go to Spotify and check and sure enough it said that she was connected. Once again my likes and recently played were filled with hers again

No idea why, sorry for a novel. Any suggestions?

It sounds like your parent's currently using your account to save their songs and stream music, that would be the reason why the music was played on your speaker. Maybe she's using your account thinking it's hers. Can you make sure you didn't leave your account open on one of her devices? If you can't find your account on her devices I'd recommend you click the "Sign out everywhere" button on your account page.
