My Playlist and Shuffle Play

My Playlist and Shuffle Play

I am a subscriber with payments having been made. (not premium yet) and when I log in on either my android phone or pc the playlists available are filed in Windows Media Player and not catergorised.  I was having issues with stuttering and followed

the suggestion to uninstall the app and reinstallit.  Did this but since then cannot access my ''real' playlist and can

only listen to music as 'Suffle Play'.
