My account has been hacked, support in my country (Italy) is taking their time

Yesterday evening I found someone had gained access to my account, changing email and password. I was able to login via facebook and got to see the email they'd replaced mine with, but a few hours later they must have noticed and disconnected my facebook account. I've been contacting support through your online form since yesterday evening, now it's almost been 24 hours and I've yet to get a hold of your support service.
