My paypal account is being charged for a subscription that I don't have access in my account

My Spotify account states that I'm free user. No premium subscription is active.

But I've been charged 13,99 €. monthly for a Premium account.

In the Spotify account I don't see payments nor credit cards associated.

I don't know to what Spotify account is the Paypal payment is connected to.

How do I solve this so I can have may Spotify account associated with the correct payment collection, or to cancel the payment and get a new Premium with another premium?
