Right now, paying via your mobile carrier isn’t available for Spotify's Premium offers. Is it an offer you’re trying to purchase? Let me know.

yes me too, my cousin just paid using his globe mobile load. but that option is not available on my end? how come are there qualifications to avail the pay with mobile option?

I usually paid thru my Prepaid Network Accounts, namely Globe and Smart, I have done it time and time again, but recently the option for mobile payment is completely unavailable. I hope someone can clarify this situation.
