My Question or Issue

I used to have a Spotify account but hadn't used it for a long time.
If I try and login I cant remember the password and the email address attached to it would have been an old account that no longer exists.
Help!

I had an old iPhone that I was using (8 Plus) and I had a Spotify account WITH premium. However I lost access bc i Got locked out my phone and I don’t remember the password OR the username but I found my account. I just can’t find out the username or anything and I need to get back in there and know the password to cancel it bc im Still getting charged
