One month waiting to get approaved for Fan Insight

Hello community, am i doing something wrong?

I've tried several times to get an acces to Fan insight this month, and nothing, no confirmation mail, no access. Does anyone know about this issue?

I'm a premium spotify client for years now and my band has many records uploaded on spotify. I'm needing an URGENT access to that fan insight page.

Anyone can help please?

From the Spotify Artist page: 'Fan Insights is still in a limited beta and slowly rolling out to more users. Request access and we'll send you an email once we're ready for you.' You can read everything for artists on this website. Let me know if you have any other questions.
