Password no longer works after upgrade to Spotify Family

Yesterday I upgraded to a Family subscription and today I can no longer log into my account. I get past the login screen but after a few seconds I'm thrown out with the message that my credentials are wrong. Luckily I was able to log in using Facebook.

 

 

Unfortunately I no longer have access to the email I registered the account on so I can't reset my password. 😞

Spotify Support can change your account's email address. Please contact the team through one of the channels below:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
