Payment charged but not reflecting

Payment charged but not reflecting

Today is when I pay my monthly subscription for the Spotify for Family but I got an email that it failed. But when I checked, my card details are correct and all. After some time, the amount was subtracted from my card account but the payment is not reflected in spotify.

Just to check, are you seeing Free, or Premium here: https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/?

If you're seeing Premium, we'd recommend double-checking you're logging in with this exact username, and your password.

Hi @Melody Just some issue with the bank. I contacted both supports of Spotify and my bank, and has been resolved since.
