Hi

my partner and I both have free Spotify accounts. This week our account shows that we've been charged a Spotify monthly fee. We suspect one of our children has used our credit card to sign up for premium without our authorisation (although they all deny it).  

 

I need to speak to someone at Spotify to get this payment stopped, I can't find any contact  details to speak to an actual person about this.   Help!

My payment date has always been the 22nd of the month so why are you trying to take it early? You could possibly make my checking account go into the negative but trying to post early.
