Please change my subscription type.

Hi,

I have just realised been billed £9.99 for Spotify Premium, however I intended to purchase 'Unlimited'. If you can check my activity you will see I have only ever used spotify from my laptop (if you require my assistance with this, please let me know).

Could you thus please refund me the difference (£5.00) back to my original method of payment and change my subscription type to Spotify Unlimited so that I am not charged this amount again. If you need me to aid you in this process, please let me know.

If you go to your subscriptions page you can downgrade to unlimited.

I suggest you submit an online contact form and hopefully a Spotify staff member can help you.
