Premium Account is not working

Premium Account is not working

Hey there,

 

I'm using a Spotify Premium Account for about 2 years now and it always worked well. However, since last week my Premium Account doesn't seem to be accessible anymore (neither on my phone nor on desktop). Everytime I want to listen to my playlists in the offline mode, it says that I should upgrade to Premium (plse see screenshot). But I do already have a Premium Account and pay for it every month! (Spotify Order ID 51556-123903-503E467B-4392)

 

I would really appreciate your help, thanks in advance.

I have the same problem.

 

I have been using Premiun for a year, and today my premium profile is now all of a sudden a free 30 day trial???

 

All my playlist etc are gone, both on my computer, tablet and android-phone...

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

1) Have you checked your Subscriptions page to make sure you are still successfully premium?
2) Try logging out/in and reinstalling Spotify.
3) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!

 

If you have, I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can look into it for you.
If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

Hi. If you pay through Sofort, there have been issues which the payment team can help get sorted. Please get in touch hereIf you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, please reply to it to speed things along.

 

If you don't use Sofort, could you please post what it says under Subscription Status on this page.

I have tried 1) 2) and 3) – without nameable succes or insights. Checking on my account it says 

 

Du hast ein Abonnement für . Das Abonnement wird am Spotify Premium automatisch auf2014-04-28 umgestellt und dir werden 9,99 € in Rechnung gestellt, wenn du es nicht vorher kündigst.

 

This (kind of) says that my account will be changed to a Premium Account after the 28.04.2014 and I wil be charged 9,99 Euro.

 

Weird, because I already had a Premium account for ages and have been paying 9,99 via "Sofort" every month.

I have contacted the Support now, hoping someone gets back to me soon.

I'm using the "Sofort..." and I have contacted the payment team and have answered to the no-reply mail.
