My Question or Issue

I can't figure out which email my Premium account is attached to -- how do I figure this out?

Don't worry, I'll help you find it 😊

 

My first suggestion is that you check logged-in devices. Open Spotify on your phone or computer and go to Settings (gear icon in the mobile app or click your profile in the top right on desktop). Look for the email under Account or View Account (this will open in a browser).

 
Also, you could check your email inboxes for Spotify receipts or emails from `no-reply@spotify.com`.

 

Another good idea is to check if you signed up using Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with those instead of an email. On the login screen, click "Continue with Facebook", "Continue with Apple", or "Continue with Google" to see if you get access.
