Premium Subscriber, Cannot get email to set password for offline device, logitech squeezebox, etc

I am a premium subscriber. 

 

I subscribed to Spotify with a Faebook Account.

 

I want to get Sptoify on my smart TV, Squuzebox and my phone, but I need a password to do this.  I follow th edirections TO A T and get caught in this never ending cycle.

 

I believe the problem is in the step where I send an email to my email address to reset the password, but I never receive one.  (Yes, I checked spam and all other folders).  So I follow the steps to reset my Facebook password, but that also goes nowhere.  

 

I need a login/password (NOT VIA FACEBOOK) so I can log on to my phone, smart TV app and squeezebox.  Please advise. 

 

FRUSTRATED.  Especially for paying $10 a month....  Please help ASAP.  Thanks.

I have the same problem here. 

Hello!

From what I understand, in your situation you can get your Profile ID to login to those services you want to use.

 

This ID is a set of numbers you can get by entering your profile settings.

Just search for "Username". You should see the numbers right beneath it.

Those numbers are like a username you can use while logging in instead of using Facebook login.

@DasPeter, the problem isn't retrieving the user id, I can find it fine on the site.

The email that's supposed to be used for setting the password for the ID never arrives. I've had the problem for a week or so since I subscribed.

Any news on this? Would it be possible to escalate this to staff? It's getting really annoying that I can't use spotify on my other devices

Agreed.  This issue is not resolved.  Please escalate this.  I am paying premium and want to use on other devices.  So far, a waste of my money.  Please help escalate.
