Premium account recovery impossible?

I have premium on another spotify account that I am trying to cancel. I have forgotten the username and password. I attempted account recovery but unfortunately the gmail account that is linked to the subscription has been locked for some reason. Attempts to recover the locked gmail account have failed. I am at a loss as how to cancel this subscription. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
