I got an email back in june /  july about this amazing offer.... 99p for 3 months of premium. i took the offer and payed the 99p and as soon as i confirmed my payment i declined the monthly re-newal of the £9.99 after the 3 months ended. About 5 minutes ago i got a notification saying that spotify is trying to get £9.99 out of my bank... why am i being charged when i shouldnt have.... can you get back to me asap
