Premium gone, forced to log in with Facebook

Solved!

Premium gone, forced to log in with Facebook

I've had premium for almost a year. Few months back i have unlinked my account from Facebook.
On October 24th i tried setting up Spotify on my lg webos tv. It said that i need premium to use the app.
After that i couldn't log in to my account anymore from any other devices.
Then i noticed that i can log in with Facebook but the account was free and all my playlists are gone.
I tried filling out the form twice with no response from you other than a satisfaction survey.
Please help

Hey @user-removed

Did you receive an automated No-Reply email from Spotify? when you receive automatic email, just reply to it and the support staff will contact you 🙂

I suggest you open another form and then well make sure that we get your issue sorted 🙂

You can contact support on twitter @SpotifyCares Or you can email Support here.

If you receive a No-Reply email that says to check out the FAQ or Community just reply to that email and Spotify support will contact you 🙂

Support takes 24-48 hours to reply to you if they have not replied to you by tomorrow you can ask me here and i will escalate the issue for you 🙂

I hope this helped solve your issue 🙂

I appologize for any inconvenience, unfortunately their is not much I, or anyone, can do for you here on the community, this is due to the personal/confidential information that is required to help see what is happening on your account and why you cannot access it.

Regarding the support, they should contact you after you reply, I personally would suggest you contact the twitter support team, they reply within minutes usually and are the fastest to fix the issue 🙂

Some information I believe may be of use to you:

You can contact support on twitter @SpotifyCares Or you can email Support here.

I Am Eager to hear your response regarding this issue, as this is the first time I have heard of an issue of this nature 🙂

Afer what i wrote i really expected that you would look into my case.
Least you could do is to forward this to support yourself.
Answering to a no reply email is not really an intuitive way of contacting support. I did just now hope this will result in someone actually looking into my account because it seems to me that you didn't.
Meantime i got charged again for premium service that i can't use.
