Problem subscribing to Premium again

Problem subscribing to Premium again

Hey, my name is Andres.

 

I have the same problem. With no report, suddenly my premium account was cancelled. I tryed to subscribe again but is rejecting my card. I check with my bank and everything is ok. 

 

If theres any solution please let me know. Thanks.

Could you give it another try using a different browser or an incognito window? Make sure to clear cache and cookies. Does that help? Also, please make sure your payment card meets these requirements. If the issue persists, try using a different payment method.
