Profile won't load on Android app, but loads fine on iPhone and PC apps

My Question or Issue

For maybe ~2-3 years now, I've had issues with sharing my profile to others and loading my profile on my phone.

When I click 'view profile', it gives me a pop up saying "Something went wrong, have another go?" and no amount of clicking will ever get it to load. The same happens if friends open my profile link on mobile phone.

Apparently it loads fine for my friends who have iPhone, but Android phones can't see it at all.

My account was made in 2017 and uses an old alias of mine, surrounded by "[ ]", but the issue didn't occur until I tried to change my username (which then I think only changed my display name, since usernames can't be changed) so I don't know if that's linked or if it's just an unfortunate coincidence.

Since the account is so old too, I don't want to make a whole new one over this issue.

I miss being able to share and look at my profile with friends, and I don't think updating the app has changed anything in the past few years, so I hope there might be a more direct or individual solution for my issue.
