Resetting my password is impossible.

My Question or Issue

I’m trying to log into my account, it says my password is wrong. So I tried resetting it. The webform will not accept any password I put in, no matter what it is. I’ve checked to make sure it’s 10 characters, upper/lowercase, number, special character etc. Even tried randomly generating some and none of them are accepted. Using my son’s account, because I can’t log in, or message support unless I log in! 

Any help with this please?
