Spotify Gift Card PIN unreadable

I recently purchased the $36 Spotify gift card from BIGW but when I peeled the sticker off the PIN code was damaged and cannot be read. I've contacted support many times over the last 48 hours, to no avail, so any response would be greatly appreciated.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

If you still have not gotten a reply:

Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.

 

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check the email on your account here.

I have not recieved any response from Spotify regarding my issue, but I do get other emails. I've filed multiple questions under subscription both yesterday and the day before, and I've tried contacting @SpotifyCares via twitter today. I even tried replying to the no-reply email address that sends email notifications.

I've checked everywhere in my emails, but I only have two from spotify - one regarding a registration badge and this one I'm replying to. Is there any other way, or should I just wait a bit longer? I've contacted BIGW and they said they could do it Wednesday, but I live very far from the store itself and would love to have premium sooner.
